All international orders are shipping Fedex for a flat rate of $250.00, tracked, and insured for security and peace of mind.

All orders placed before 1:00 pm are shipped the same day or the following business day if purchased on a weekend or public holiday. You will receive your tracking information via email once the order has been prepared.

As time goes on, your piece will take on greater personality with etchings and natural grooves. Matte surfaces will start to shine, and shine will turn matte over time. It’s all part of the beauty that makes your piece uniquely yours.

We are more than happy to polish your special piece in-store anytime and recommend dropping in for a complimentary clean and polish at least every six months.
