Detailed Information

The pear cut has a directionality that round stones don't, each stone has a point and a curve, and when they're set in alternating orientations along a necklace, the chain takes on a rhythm that moves differently against the skin.

This necklace features 78 pear cut diamonds totalling 15.27ct, F colour, SI clarity, set in 18ct white gold throughout. The stones alternate point-in and point-out along the length of the necklace, meeting at the centre where four stones converge into a vertical drop of four graduated pears. It's a detail that gives the piece a clear focal point without interrupting the flow of the chain.

At approximately 0.19ct each, the individual stones are substantial enough to read as a pear rather than disappear into the setting. The result is a necklace with presence and a silhouette that works against a neckline as well as it does against bare skin.
