Detailed Information

Spessartite garnet from Nigeria sits at the warmer, more saturated end of the orange spectrum, closer to amber than citrine, with a depth of colour that photographs don't fully capture.

Each earring pairs a 0.40ct pear cut diamond, F colour, VS2 clarity, GIA certified, set point-down in 18ct white gold, with a 1.345ct pear cut spessartite garnet suspended below in 18ct yellow gold. The two stones mirror each other in shape, which keeps the design disciplined despite the contrast in colour and metal. The switch from white gold above to yellow gold below isn't accidental, yellow intensifies the orange in the garnet in a way white gold doesn't.

A pair that works hardest when the colour is the point.
