Detailed Information

Zambian emeralds sit at the deeper, more saturated end of the green spectrum, a blue-green tone that reads as richer and more complex than stones from other origins. In a tennis necklace with continuous stone coverage, that colour becomes a consistent line of green from clasp to clasp.

This necklace features 197 round brilliant cut Zambian emeralds totalling 5.85ct, each approximately 0.03ct, set in four claw mounts in 18ct yellow gold. The warm gold works with the cooler green of the stones rather than against it, giving the piece a depth that a white metal setting wouldn't offer in the same way. The profile is fine and sits close to the neck, more of a colour statement than a size statement.

A necklace that reads clearly from across the room and holds up to close inspection.
