How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  1. Subscribe to the A.G Designer Jeweller mailing list by entering your email address on our website

  2. Follow both @agdesignerjeweller and @mister.botanical on Instagram.

  3. Like the giveaway post on both Instagram accounts.

  4. Tag friends in the comments of the giveaway post.

  5. For a bonus entry, participants can share the giveaway post on their Instagram Story, tagging both @agdesignerjeweller and @mister.botanical. For private accounts, please screenshot the story post and send it to us via DM.

Eligibility

  • This giveaway is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.

  • Employees of A.G Designer Jeweller, Mister Botanical, their families, agents, or anyone else connected to the promotion are not eligible to enter.

Giveaway Prize

  • The prize consists of:

    • A custom-designed A.G Designer Jeweller oval cut diamond pendant necklace, featuring a 0.71ct G/SI1 oval cut diamond, GIA certified, set east-west in a custom four-claw setting, with an 18ct white gold Italian fine chain. The necklace is valued at $7,000 AUD.

    • A floral arrangement from Mister Botanical, valued at $500 AUD.

  • Total prize value: $7,500 AUD.

Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway will run from Thursday, 30th January to Thursday, 13th February, closing at 12:00 pm AEST on 13th February.

  • Entries received after this time will not be considered.

Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 48 hours of the giveaway closing. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified, a new winner will be selected.

Prize Details

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.

  • The necklace and floral arrangement will be delivered to the winner within 24 hours following winner confirmation.

  • Delivery of the prize is available within Australia only, noting the bouquet can only be delivered to a Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast address however the pendant can be delivered to any residential or commercial address in Australia.

Rights

  • By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow A.G Designer Jeweller and Mister Botanical to use their Instagram handle and entry content for promotional purposes without compensation.

  • The prize is subject to availability and may be substituted with an equivalent prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Data Protection

  • Participants’ personal information, including email addresses collected via the sign-up form, will be used in accordance with each brand's privacy policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their information for the purposes of administering the giveaway and for future marketing communications from A.G Designer Jeweller and Mister Botanical.

General Terms

  • A.G Designer Jeweller and Mister Botanical reserve the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms or that are deemed to be fraudulent or inappropriate.

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
